The Easter Bunny

We went outside to practice with "hunting for eggs" and letting mom take a couple pictures this morning. Well, the pictures didn't go great, but he had fun with his eggs.
Daddy had a meeting last night so we had fun playing in our new monkey pjs.

Today, I wanted to take Lucas to see the Easter Bunny. Now, there are 2 different "mall" Easter Bunnies. I had to go check them out before hand, and one was cute with a sweet set, and one was very creepy. We chose the sweet one.

Apparently all the other moms knew this too, because when we showed up this morning, we had to wait an hour. And hour that was quite hilarious. Every single child in front of us either cried, screamed, ran, or hid and one little girl fell off the Bunny's lap right onto her face. After an hour of this, and watching parents think that their child would recover and smile (which of course they wouldn't), I was really having to contain my giggles.

Lucas' turn: he ran up giggling, gave the Easter Bunny a high five and crawled into his lap. My kid is a rock star. Ok, so he was also promised marshmallows if he smiled sweetly but it worked!
