37 Weeks

This week has been a really fun week with you Lucas. You have done so many new things this week that the baby calendar is getting full from my notes!

You are still teething and working hard on those top two teeth, mom is ready for them to come in already. You accidently bite me every now and then if I am not paying attention, I know you don't mean to, your gums just hurt.

We had another great day this week, it went about 60 degrees! You love to swing, so we went to our backyard and had some fun.
This week, you held your bottle on your own for a little bit, and started to grasp at your puffs and get them in your mouth! Mom is really excited about this, because it gives me a chance to make my own lunch while you are busy getting those puffs.
This week, you learned how to play a game with mom....we sit across from each other and roll the ball back and forth. Of course we have to stop and clap everytime you roll the ball to mommy, and then mom taught you how to high five. We had a lot of fun learning that game.
You are now able to get up on your hands and knees, although if you really want something, you army crawl. I don't have to watch out too much for you yet, you don't seem to have the desire to be very mobile yet.

This morning, I walked into your room and you were sitting up on your knees grinning at me when I came in. So cute! This week you have been climbing all over mom and dad and pulling up on us, so I wasn't surprised when you tried it in your crib.
