We are amazed at how fast Lucas is growing already! We went to his second doctor's appointment today and he definitely made a big jump in the past two weeks. Lucas is now 9 lbs. 14 ounces (my jaw dropped when the nurse told me that!) and 22 inches long. His length is in the 97 percentile, weight and head are in the 90th percentile. 
This week, Lucas met both his Graves and Mead great- grandparents, went to his first softball game to watch daddy hit home-runs, started to really use our arms and push with our legs, and he likes to play under his floor gym and swat at the fun toys. We are trying to get into a routine and find that good balance between setting a schedule and letting him fall into his own pattern. He eats about every three hours and sleeps at night anywhere from 3-4 hours at a time.
